Coaching Programs

Choose your path forward.

Three ways to work together — each designed for a different stage of the journey. All of them built around one thing: getting you moving.

Single 90-minute session

Clarity Intensive

One session. One breakthrough.

Sometimes you don't need a long engagement. You need one honest conversation with someone who can help you see what you've been too close to see yourself. The Clarity Intensive is a single, deep-dive session designed to cut through the noise and get you to a clear next step.

Format

One-on-one via video call

Best for

You're at a crossroads and need focused, immediate direction — not a six-month commitment.

What you'll walk away with

  • A clear picture of where you actually are vs. where you want to be
  • The one or two things that are really holding you back
  • A concrete next step you can take within 48 hours
  • A recording of the session to revisit

3-month engagement

Career Momentum

Three months. Real traction.

This is the core engagement — the one most clients choose. Over three months, we build the clarity, habits, and strategy you need to accelerate your career on your own terms. We meet every two weeks, and I'm available between sessions for the moments when things get real.

Format

Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions + async support

Best for

You're ready to stop playing small and start building a career that actually fits who you are.

What you'll walk away with

  • A clear career vision you're genuinely excited about
  • The mindset shifts that have been keeping you stuck
  • A concrete strategy for getting where you want to go
  • Stronger decision-making under pressure
  • The confidence to lead — in the room and in your own life

6-month deep dive

Executive Presence

Six months. Lasting change.

For senior professionals who are done with incremental improvement. This engagement goes deep — into the patterns, beliefs, and blind spots that have followed you from role to role. Six months of focused work to become the leader others look to, and the person you've always known you could be.

Format

Weekly 60-minute sessions + priority async access

Best for

You're navigating a high-stakes transition — a new role, a promotion, a pivot — and you need to show up differently.

What you'll walk away with

  • Unshakeable clarity on your leadership identity
  • The ability to navigate high-stakes situations with composure
  • A reputation that precedes you — for the right reasons
  • Deep work on the patterns that have held you back
  • A long-term vision you're building toward, not just surviving

FAQ

Common questions

Do you offer pricing on the website?

I don't list prices publicly because the right engagement depends on where you are and what you need. The discovery call is where we figure that out — and there's no pressure to commit on the call.

What if I'm not sure which program is right for me?

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll talk through your situation and I'll give you an honest recommendation — even if that recommendation is that coaching isn't the right move right now.

How do sessions work?

All sessions are one-on-one via video call. You'll get a calendar link after we agree to work together, and you can schedule sessions at times that work for you.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Therapy tends to focus on healing the past. Coaching focuses on building the future. I'm not here to process your childhood — I'm here to help you figure out what you want and get moving toward it.

Not sure where to start?
