My story

I spent the first decade of my career doing everything right. Top schools, competitive firms, promotions ahead of schedule. From the outside, it looked like success. From the inside, it felt like I was running someone else's race.

The turning point came during a particularly grueling stretch at work — the kind where you're logging 70-hour weeks and still feel like you're falling behind. I remember sitting in a conference room, staring at a slide deck I'd spent three days building, and thinking: I don't actually care about any of this.

That moment of honesty changed everything. I started working with a coach, and within six months I had more clarity about my career than I'd had in the previous ten years. I knew what I wanted. I knew why I'd been avoiding it. And I knew exactly what to do next.

I became a coach because I wanted to give other people that same experience — not the slow, expensive kind that takes years of therapy and journaling, but the direct, focused kind that gets you moving in the right direction fast.
